Also you could be partial to a specific particular pecan taste. All of them have different tastes and textures. Pecan trees do well in warm and hot climates but you are able to find kinds that will succeed in colder regions with higher elevations. Look around and take a look at the pros and cons of each type of pecan tree and get the best one for you and your yard.
